We obtain information about you when you use our website or when you fill in a Hello card at a service or event. The personal information of guests and members of the church is stored on ChurchSuite, a cloud-hosted, web-based data management system, and MailChimp, an online email platform.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information St Peter’s holds about you. Please note that we may charge an admin fee to cover the cost of providing this information.

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent’s/guardian's permission beforehand, whenever you provide us with personal information.

Who has access to your information?
Your information is accessed by members of St Peter’s staff and DBS checked pastoral leaders. We will not give or sell your information to any third parties.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf
If you make a donation to us, your card information is not held by us but is collected by a third-party payment processor, which specialises in secure online card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.
